Debut Novel

Well, I’ve been a busy girl during my leave of absence, and have completed my debut novel, written under the pen name of A.R. Nivlum.

SURPRISE! [*insert APPLAUSE*]

FORGED, which is the first book in my new series called the Jurors Brotherhood, is available for preorder on Amazon. It is to be released live for Kindle and in paperback on May 1st.

PLEASE BE ADVISED, however, of the warning attached to the bottom of the book description.

BOOK DESCRIPTION:

Justice is best served messy.

To the people who prey on the innocent, the mundane, and the “lesser;” whose brute savagery escapes the scales of justice, time and time again…

They’re coming for you.

Born a generation ago, a Brotherhood — bound by loyalty and honor, forged in the fires of conviction, hellbent on vengeance, and determined to right the overlooked wrongs.

Forge — a Brother born; committed to those impenetrable bonds of Brotherhood, yet torn between crossing the fine line of justice, and remaining the man he was born to be.

Rosie — the obsession who threatens to shatter it all.

In the end… EVERYTHING is connected…

WARNING: This book is intended only for readers 18+. It is gritty, with graphic scenes of violence, and erotic sexual situations, as well as dark themes and triggers unsuitable for all audiences. READER DISCRETION IS ADVISED.

This is Book One in the Jurors Brotherhood series. Each book CAN BE READ AS A STANDALONE, though there are plot elements and characters that carry over into the remaining books of the series.

    1. Oh god… don’t read it though! Haha! You’ll finish thinking, “All these years, I’ve befriended a psycho.” HA!
Thanks for the vote of confidence! Your support means a lot to me. 🙂

    1. Julie! 😀
My beta reader is supposed to dive into it again next week, after that it’ll need another round of edits (I’m sure), then I’m hoping to get the ARCs out around the first week of April. *crosses fingers* I’m pretty excited!

      1. I am *so* excited to read this! Congratulations on your first milestone as a novelist 🙂

      2. It’s pretty rough in some spots, but I think it sucks ya right in to it, so that’s good, I think. Every time I reread it to edit it, I find myself immersed in it, like watching a good movie about horrible things. I hope I’ve done a well enough job balancing the varying tones throughout it. You did read the warning attached to the description, right? I’m nervous as hell, but I’m really excited too, and I’m thankful for your enthusiasm, as well! I hope I don’t disappoint. 😛

      3. I did indeed, and my interest is thoroughly piqued. Love or hate is not the question here; as a debut novel, will it leave me indifferent? In that, I doubt you could ever disappoint. I can’t wait to read every bloody (and sessy) detail ;P

    1. Thank you, thank you, thank you! It’s nice to hear support from somewhere besides my own head which thinks it is, of course, just marvelous. Ha!
